Be careful when opening the package because it is foamy! So I opened it very carefully, but it was not as fizzy as I thought it would be.
It was sweet and fruity, I guess.
To be honest, it didn't go well with a meal. I think it is better suited to sipping sake alone.
But I just checked and I heard that this sake is fire-brewed. So it might be great that it has this freshness.
