I bought a 300ml bottle of "Tokusaginjo Kudokitoe", which is usually fire-aged, because I heard that it is a raw sake.
To be honest, I can't tell the difference, but it is still delicious.
It has a gorgeous flavor, but you can also enjoy the robust rice flavor.
It is not a food sake, but rather a sake to be drunk slowly.
I will compare it with hi-ire next time!
