Unfiltered, unpasteurized sake? It has no peculiarities and the aftertaste is so clean that you would think it was! It has none of the booziness that you would expect from a true sake. I love this kind of sake (*^^*) If you like aromatic sake, it may not be enough for you.

Special Junmai Sake. I ordered a sake like a wine, and it was recommended by the shop. It's called Chateau, so it's really like wine. According to the shop owner, French people choose sake with a strong aroma. For me, I prefer sake with strong aroma and alcohol. Wine has a strong aroma. That would make sake too refreshing for the French, I guess. If you are looking for a sake that is easy to drink! I recommend it!

It is said that this is the sake to match with squid sashimi. I don't eat squid unless it's very fresh, but it seems to go perfectly with sweet squid sashimi. We also recommend other refreshing Japanese dishes. If you smell it well, it has a sweet and clean smell like fruit. It has a clean aftertaste (*^^*) Drink it languidly with a wine glass!

Move to another shop (^^)v I ordered sake like wine again. It is the first of two kinds of sake that I was chosen from a lot of rare sake. I heard that they bought a sake brewery that was on the verge of going out of business, and it is now. In a word, it's easy to drink! Like wine! It's a standing drink, so you have to make sure you don't get too drunk.

Hearing that it has a fruity taste, we tasted it with chilled and undiluted sake, and sweet sake made with our original yeast. They were all fruity and easy to drink! I've always liked dry sake, so the feeling of the sweet sake sticking to my mouth was a minus of one star, so after some hesitation I bought the original sake. It's rare to find a chilled, unpasteurized sake. The aroma of melon...it's so good! After the melon scent, there is a slightly stronger scent that is typical of unpasteurized sake. It's a little strong, but not overpowering like the original sake. I'm addicted to sake wine, so I'm glad it's so easy to drink (*^^*)

A lightly nigori, easy drinking sake. I want to drink it with a wine glass. But since it's a weekday, it's served in an oinokuchi. It has a gentle taste, so even people who don't like sake can enjoy it. We don't recommend it for those who want a strong aroma and lingering flavor! I bought it because I was told that it smells like melon. This sake is more like sake than the recently popular sake wine. It certainly smells like melon! I really want to drink this type in a wine glass! I want you to enjoy the melon aroma and the slight banana taste while drinking it (*^^*)
