Special Junmai Sake.
I ordered a sake like a wine, and it was recommended by the shop.
It's called Chateau, so it's really like wine.
According to the shop owner, French people choose sake with a strong aroma.
For me, I prefer sake with strong aroma and alcohol.
Wine has a strong aroma.
That would make sake too refreshing for the French, I guess.
If you are looking for a sake that is easy to drink!
I recommend it!
