Chilli and pleasant gassy feeling. The acidity and bitterness are refreshing, fresh, and clean, so you can drink as much as you want. After opening the bottle and letting it sit for two days, it became more and more delicious. Immediately after opening the bottle, I thought it might be a little bitter, but after letting it sit, it developed a fruity sweetness that tasted like white peaches...! The label is cute and I would like to serve it at a girls' night out.

I was curious about the sake brewer's advertising sales at a department store, so I bought the standard blue label. The ginjo aroma is mild, and the taste is gentle and delicious, as if it were soaking into the mouth. It has a nice sharpness, and does not interfere with the flavor of the food. It is truly the best sake for food. It is well-balanced and has no sharp edges, so you can get drunk comfortably forever. The only problem is that it tastes so good that you end up drinking too much... I'll make it my go-to drink!

Because it is the first pressing, it is fresh and the aroma is mild, so it can be paired with a meal. Although it is a draft sake, it was also mildly mellowed by lukewarming it to the point that the aroma did not fade away. For sushi, it would go well with fatty fish such as salmon and yellowtail.

I was attracted by the rough label design and bought it. From the moment I opened the bottle, it had a mellow melon-like aroma, and when I drank it, I could taste the dark sweetness, umami, and richness, but it was also crisp, dry, and powerful. I had it with meat and potatoes and bonito seared on the bone today, but I think it would go well with dishes with strong flavors. Delicious🥰

Rich and heavy. It has an aged flavor like Shaoxing wine. But when I warmed it up a bit, it became a completely different drink. The sourness stands out, and the fluffy rice flavor fills your mouth with happiness. It was a delicious sake!

It is sweet, rich, mellow and thick. It is similar to makgeolli, but has a crisp aftertaste like Japanese sake. It's 21% alcohol by volume, but it's surprisingly easy to drink when it's cold. Sake is also available on the rocks, which I learned 🤔. It goes well with nabe, especially kimchi nabe. I always drink this on kimchi nabe days.

It has a refreshing lemony aroma and a sweet and sour taste, making it a fruit wine by any measure. I can't believe it's sake, but it's easy to drink, and the only ingredients are rice and rice malt. Really? It has none of the harsh aroma or bitter taste of sake, and can be drunk like juice. Recommended for women's parties.

What is your favorite sake for daily drinking? If you ask me what my favorite sake for everyday drinking is, I'd say Kurosho Kenryo. It's delicious, spicy, tasty, and affordable. I love it. I drink it all the time with meals. When I went home at the end of the year, I brought it as a gift to my father, who is a heavy drinker. I was so happy that he enjoyed it.
