あんかけ焼きそば
It is sweet, rich, mellow and thick. It is similar to makgeolli, but has a crisp aftertaste like Japanese sake.
It's 21% alcohol by volume, but it's surprisingly easy to drink when it's cold. Sake is also available on the rocks, which I learned 🤔.
It goes well with nabe, especially kimchi nabe. I always drink this on kimchi nabe days.
