I chose a sake I've never had before.
It has a moderate aroma, a good sweetness, and a slight sourness.
Is it like that?
At first I thought, "Hmm? But as I drank more and more, it became better.
A true red comet!
Fragrant, with a moderate sweetness and a clean aftertaste.
I had a physical checkup today.
The result was that I drank too much alcohol...
But I bought some.
Let's cut back a little.
I found it at the first liquor store I went to!
It was the store's top recommendation, so we got this super limited edition!
The aroma and taste did not disappoint!
Delicious!
I didn't drink the Yamada Nishiki raw, so I can't compare them, but this series is all delicious.
The aroma is slight, maybe? The taste is fruity but refreshing!
You can drink it with sashimi or meat.
On the way back from a visit to the Ishikiri Mountains, I dropped by the Isokura Sake Brewery to buy some.
Rice produced in a delicious rice growing area and delicious water filtered by Inada stones. It has a nice aroma and a moderately sweet taste.
Delicious!
I heard from the owner of the liquor store that it tastes like LaFrance, and I certainly felt LaFrance. However, it also feels like a melon.
I like the taste and aroma very much.
As expected, the sake is produced by Mr. Chikara Urasato, who won first place in the ginjo-shu category at this year's Nanbu Toji Competition.
They're commemorating the shipment of the very first sake, made entirely in the new brewery in Namie!
100% Koshihikari rice produced in Namie town
The taste is also easy to drink with a good sweetness in both aroma and taste!
The label is nice too!
