Nice acidity, with a good amount of bitterness in the aftertaste. βΌοΈ
The acidity unique to nama-shu is also characteristic π―.

Drank at the beginning of the workday. It was a barrel type? The aroma and color of the wood were very nice. I would like to drink it outside of New Year's.
The name is after the Kirin Castle built in Tsugawa, Aga Town, where the brewery is located. Why are there two phoenixes drawn on the kirin?
It has a floral, floral aroma, and is it dry? It is a mellow sake with a sweetness that is in harmony with the sweetness, and has a delicious flavor that makes you want to drink it.
This is the 500,000,000 7th bottle of the one-cup, one-pack festival.

It is a rice horse!
Refreshingly sour and easy to eat!
But it's pretty expensive?

Simple Dry
Slight aroma, sharp attack. The taste is simple and dry. It goes in smoothly and has a good sharpness.
Accompanied by fried burdock root, it is like an accompaniment to sake and sake is an accompaniment to burdock root.
The next stop was the Tachibanagura Sake Brewery. The fourth photo shows an accommodation on the premises. The fourth photo shows the accommodation on the premises, which the proprietress says is operated by a different company. I bought a bottle of Mujinzou unfiltered unpasteurized sake brewed with Saku's Hitogokochi. It has a nice aroma and a dry taste. The alcohol content is 17 degrees. But it was easy to drink and delicious.

Today I took a little trip to Ako π My main purpose was to visit Oishi Shrine, a Shinto and Buddhist sacred site in the ruins of Ako Castle.
My first goal was to get a red seal at Oishi Shrine, a sacred place for gods and Buddha, located in the ruins of Ako Castle, and my second goal was to visit Okufuji-san, a sake brewery in Sakagoe, a neighborhood of Ako famous for its oysters π.
After successfully getting a red seal at Oishi Shrine, we walked about 16 kilometers to Okufuji-san while looking at the Seto Inland Sea π We were given a tasting at the brewery.
After having a tasting at the brewery, we went to a restaurant right in front of the brewery and had a set of sake tasting while eating π The most delicious was this Chushin.
Especially delicious was this Chushingura 47 Cattle Set π.
It is a junmai ginjo made from 47% Yamadanishiki, which was polished to match the 47 samurai in the Chushingura story.
Yesterday I declared that I would not buy any sake for the time being, but today we ended up buying this sake and a bottle of Otome Nama Sake, a limited edition sake from the brewery, as souvenirs for ourselves π€£.
I'm glad I got permission from the wife π.

One of three types of sake to compare
Gentle sake with no spiciness at all!
It was easy to drink!

Sake in Ako, Hyogo
Gentle acidity in the mouth
Full sweetness of rice that comes after it goes down the throat.
I want to enjoy the aftertaste.
The aroma is subdued. A brown sugar-like sweetness is momentarily detected, followed by a watery, refreshing taste. The lingering taste is not harsh and gives the impression of being short. When paired with first dried bonito, the acidity of the bonito enhances the sake and gives it a soft taste.

The owner of this restaurant is very particular about going to the sake brewery himself, working with them, and pumping the sake himself when he wants to. He used to work in a sake brewery. The food was superb.
I'm not sure if it's because it was just opened or not.
I wonder if the fact that it was just opened had something to do with it.
Maybe it will be different if I drink it in a couple of days.

A liquor similar to white wine βͺ
The aroma before you drink it gives you a hint of wine...
It was so delicious that all three of us drank it in one go.

The last of Hankyu Brewery Festival
The first one: Fukuoka Wakatakeya Debut
Sake like a dark white wine with the flavor of rice. But it is easy to drink!
But be careful, it has 17 degrees of alcohol!
This one was taught by Haruei Chichi and Gura. It's my first time in Fukuoka with this delicious drink! Thank you very much π.
The second one, Tottori Inada Honten IKU'S SHIRO
Sweet and sour, tastes like juice.
I tasted various kinds of sake while learning from many members. It was a lot of fun!
If you are going tomorrow or later, please drink a lot and enjoy πΆ.
