The first Kanagawa sake was Izumihashi. It was a little different from what I expected because it was a seasonal sake, but it was tasty with a sour taste. Next time, I will try a year-round sake.
Sake recommended by Suzuki Shuhan @ Minowa.
Lately, I prefer a mild, easy-drinking food sake.
This one seems to be shipped after a year of aging, although there is no label on it.
It is certainly mild at first sipping. Immediately, it has the umami and acidity of a Yamahai-aged sake.
The upper part is dry and crisp with a hint of sweetness.
It goes well with beef stew, etc.
Mildly matured Yamahai A
I tried the dry version, which I don't often try, because I got hooked on Jr. I'm not a tasteless person, but I could feel Jr.'s attention to detail on the back of the label.
It was delicious!
Miki! Nice to meet you 😃Yes! It was delicious! I'm grateful that the liquor stores in my neighborhood have started carrying Sanguiku, because I like to keep costs low when drinking at home!
The Sake Mirai series I bought along with the Yamagata Masamune at my usual Suzuki Shuhan.
Opening sip, it's kind of delicious, but all the Eikoh Fuji are similar.
Second day, sweetness started to come out, delicious.
The third day, I drank it up.
I can't help but buy Eikoh Fuji because of the label.
First Yamagata Masamune! My first sake Mirai! It has a clean taste and is easy to drink. It's delicious!
On the second day, it started to have a sweetness. It's even better!
I've never tried Hakkaisan because it's too major. I don't like alcoholic beverages, but the aroma is really good. The sake!
The strength is high, so I drink it slowly.
I bought the jackets because of the super limited text and cool label. I like the sense of the label of Eikoh Fuji. I don't usually drink Daiginjo, but the aroma is still good. The taste is light and crisp.
I found Shichiken at Suzuki Shuhan in my neighborhood and bought it immediately.
It was about 2600 yen for a bottle. It's great! It's so easy to drink and delicious. I want to try the other Shichiken too.
under the water
With cereals
Super thick.
And the name is "KODANE"
After all, the sake of this place is outrageous.
When I chilled it and opened the bottle to drink the supernatant first, it blew and blew!
You can feel the power of life.
The complex flavor and nourishment derived from grains other than rice entertain the tongue with a hint of sweetness. Because of its activity, it is slightly foamy and slippery, but not stubborn.
What is it? There is a citrus aroma on the nose. It's somewhat Japanese...Iyokan scent?
Thanks to this aroma, it's a very sophisticated doburoku!
It's really thick, it'll fill you up!
Ahh, this can be used as a snack with any side dish instead of rice ✨.
It's so delicious!
Purchased at Suzuki Shuhan.
First Tsuchida. I like the taste very much.
It tastes best when it's been cold for a while.
It goes well with everything in the meal.
The nice label attracted me to buy it, and the specs are amazing, 35% milled rice!
Discreet melon aroma, soft sweetness.
To be honest, I can't feel its true value. I wonder if my expectations were too high, or if the taste is ordinary and nothing special.
2500 yen (without box) 3500 yen (with box), I bought the boxed version. The package design is excellent, but a little expensive.
