At Shinbashi Sake-no-doro-Shinme
Omachi, directly drawn, soft caramelized with a hint of sourness, delicious!
Simmered leeks
Marinated octopus, olives and lemon
Junmai Hi-ire Genzake (raw yeast and pure rice)
Colored. Probably for warming up.
Well-balanced, with umami and fullness in the aftertaste.
The sweetness seems to expand when heated.

Katanozakura Junmai Ginjo Gohyakumangoku -Nakakakumi
The first sake from Osaka! 45/47🗾]
I was surprised to see a sake from Osaka, which I had not come across before! When I saw "Katano Sakura" on the menu, I just had to try it!
A fresh taste good for a mealtime drink. ☺️
☀️
I have never seen clear bottles by Katano Sakura before.
They are so stylish ✨
I looked to see if there was a sake rice called "dewy scent" and it seems there isn't 😅.
I have a preconceived notion that "˜the scent of ~" looks like a sake rice 😆.
Slightly yellowish color 🟡.
Light sweetness like banana 🍌.
Of course it has a good flavor and a robust taste 😌.
This sake is made in Katano City, Osaka Prefecture. The waiter told us that it goes well with cheese.
It is pure white and rich. It tastes like sweet yogurt. However, it was refreshing. It was delicious!
Not too much acidity, which can only be found in a sake with a traditional sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast.
Good sake, not too clean, but not too much to my taste
