ずおとんThis was the first time I had a sake from an Osaka sake brewery. The aroma was quite subdued, with a slight pineapple and white wine aroma. It had a strong acidity and umami, with a little sweetness and bitterness. It had a strong and robust flavor. Thank you for the sake!

いーじーI'm late posting this due to lack of time💦. Purchased at a liquor store. Very rare. When I think of sake in Osaka, I think of Akirika, then Kurehaaru, then Katanozakura. This is my first time drinking it. Cold sake. The aroma is modest. I had an image of Osaka sake as a traditional sake that is hard to drink for beginners, but it is a little light and easy to drink. The aftertaste is normal. Suitable for intermediate sake drinkers.

bapOsaka Business Trip Ends Successfully I relieved my fatigue at Yamanaka Sake Shop in the Umeda Station Building. I'd rather drink sake than okonomiyaki or takoyaki! Here I finally had some Osaka sake! Probably my first sake brewery, Katano Sakura! Unfiltered raw Omachi sake! Juicy, gassy, sweet and delicious! Sake made from Omachi has a flavor that can only be described as Omachi-esque! Definitely a delicious sake from the specs! This place is like a paradise with a sake server where you can drink a variety of sakes in small quantities! I want to come back!
