Natsu
Kako Rokunoh Brewery.
The aroma is soft and sweet, typical of Kako, with a soft nuance of rice. It is bright at first, with a freshness somewhat like green apples.
In the latter half, a bitterness that is typical of Rokunozo gently appears, and it lingers on the palate as if to tighten the whole.
This is a bottle that has the deliciousness of Kako, but also has the calmness and depth of the Rokunozo style.
It is refreshing and easy to drink when cold, but as the temperature rises a little, the aroma of rice becomes more pronounced, and the profile of Kako becomes much deeper.
I like the aroma of rice that rises at this temperature very much, and personally, I like it best at slightly room temperature.
