The last is for "Hiroki"!
The aroma has a pharmacy feel.
However, the mouthfeel is crisp, sweet, and delicious, with a gorgeous muscat-like flavor.
You will be surprised at the gap between the level of the pharmacy and the level of where you went!
It tastes crisp and juicy like green apple and muscat.
It is as good as "Shi Uchu"!
I was happy and satisfied to enjoy the sake with the herring and dashimaki egg 😊.
Eririn gave me this sake as a souvenir 😊.
Looking at the label on the back, I can't believe it's been a month already.
I'm thinking it's not enough yet 🤔.
At least I have a lifeline!
What does it taste like?
The acidity comes afterwards and the aftertaste is refreshing💕.
It was delicious 😊.

Junmai Ginjo Noto Peninsula Earthquake Reconstruction Assistance Bottle
We would like to express our deepest sympathy to the victims of the Noto Peninsula Earthquake that occurred on January 1, 2024.
In order to help support the lives of those in the affected areas, we have launched the Noto Peninsula Earthquake Recovery Support Bottle and will donate a portion of the sales proceeds to the "Noto Peninsula Earthquake Disaster Relief Fund" through the Japanese Red Cross Society.
Our company group also has a sake brewery, Uozu Shuzo, in Uozu City, Toyama Prefecture. Through the Uozu Sake Brewery, our products have been sold to the Hokuriku area. In response to the disaster, we have decided to make a donation with the support of our customers who have purchased our products in order to return the favor, even if only a little. We will donate 200 yen per bottle.
We hope that life will return to normal as soon as possible.
FUKURIYA Quote
limited quantity available
Every time I see the situation in the disaster area, it makes me cry.
We can only do a little to help.
We sold support sake at the brewery in Purple Space.
SHI-CHU = mostly sweet sake
Hiroki = more dry
but here it is!
Maimai❣️
It has sweetness and sourness, and is delicious on its own 😋.
I'd drink it all if I could drink it and donate it to charity: ❗️
When I'm writing a review of "Sake-no-wa", I always end up drinking it 🍶!
I need to get back into the habit💦.
Good evening, Erin 😃.
I really wish we could all support each other a little bit 😌.
We tend to write most of the time when we're sober 🤔 or if we're drinking, we can't write because we're focused on that 😅.
J&N, konbanhar (o´o) no~~~
I want to drink when I open the sakewa 😅
I'm sure I'll make a lot of typos though.
It's really hard to support only a little 🥺.
At "Sake-no-Nabedana
We found a bottle of Hiroki's Noto Peninsula Earthquake Reconstruction Assistance Bottle at "Sake-no-Nabedana"!
I bought it in the hope that it would lead to even the smallest support.
Even a small thing spreads and connects,
I would be happy if many people's "just a little bit" of support becomes a big support!
The aroma is mild.
Sourness comes out in the front and it is crisp.
When the temperature rises a little, the acidity becomes milder🍀.
Delicious 🤓.
I enjoyed the Shihu and bought the Kouki as well.
The Shihu was gorgeous, but the Kouki was very calm.
It smells like cooked rice.
The color is dark and there is a sense of maturity.
When you put it in your mouth, the umami of the rice comes rushing in.
It is not sweetness, but umami.
When served chilled, it has a refreshing taste with a light acidity at the end.
When heated, it really is like cooked rice.
It was a sake that should be paired with food.
Thank you very much.
I drank it at a summer tasting and it was so delicious... I immediately bought it at Sake Brewery Raku Kasai and let it sit 😋😋🌾💕.
It was fruity, sweet, easy to drink, and with a strong rice flavor, it was the perfect sake to drink on New Year's Day in the afternoon 🍸🥳🎉.
Special Junmai, different from Nama-Shu and Junmai-Ginjo
It seems to be rice rice,
It's a nice sake.
Beautiful and delicious!
It's a special pure sake.
It makes me want to drink Junmai!
I'll have to go back!
