Walking through the streets of Ine cooled me down a bit, so I warmed up some local sake. It has a strong flavor that lingers on the palate. It also warmed me up, which is a function of the situation.
The third drink is also my first. I like this restaurant. It was Toyama in Kanda. I had already made a reservation for the next restaurant, so I left once.
It is a sake with a strong color and flavor, typical of spring in Kyoto.
Is it Yamahai? There is no label on the bottle.
I rather like the taste, but it may have been a little heavy sake since the snack was oshinko (pickles).
