They call it special junmai, but it's polished to the level of junmai daiginjo, right?
That's why it's so tasty.
I like that it's not too sweet and full of flavor. ❤️

From the second glass, a special junmai!
This is my standard, center sake.
I think it took me about 3 years to find the sake that would become my axis.
In the end, I keep coming back to this one: 💕︎

It's limited so I'll buy it when I find it 🤣.
Anyway, this is a sweet 🍰.
It's a smooth and creamy texture, with a lingering aftertaste of umami. But it's not too strong.
It's amazing. 💕︎
