Camp Liquor Last: 🏕️ We were given a drink by a neighbor camper, The autumn rise of the times‼️ Bringing in Aizu Otokoyama is just tasteful 😳😳😳. I'm jealous because there's no place to buy it near my place ‼️ Well, I can buy it when I go to Utsunomiya... 💢‼️ I think there's almost no aroma? It has a soft rice flavor and a light bitterness 🍶. It's really good‼️ Probably similar to Hirotogawa 😆. Nama-shu is a bit more fruity, but hi-ire is calmer and much more like Hirotogawa ❤️ I don't really like men, but I might like Aizu Otokoyama: ❤️ I wonder if they carry Aizu Otokoyama in my neighborhood 🤔. 3rd one on the way home? I had a fried hormone set meal at a ramen shop while touring in the opposite direction from home👌Super tender and delicious😆If you have a chance to visit Tanagura town in Fukushima prefecture, try this ❤️ The fourth one is a souvenir specialty of Hitachi-Omiya City, Funenatto 🚢. The natto is made from soybeans grown in Ibaraki prefecture and is very tasty with a rich bean flavor 😋If you have a chance to go to Ibaraki, please buy some 😘. By the way, if you eat good natto, you won't be able to eat cheap natto for a while 🤣.

I had a drink in Oimachi yesterday🍶. I was in Tokyo on a business trip, so I called out to him. MAJ-san Asanami-san Mr. Nochi Mr. Kasho drank with us 😆. I drank about 10 kinds of Sake at the first party, I will only post this one that I personally enjoyed the most 🎵. Before the name change, it was very dry and fire-brewed, It's a delicious sake with a mild sweetness and a little dryness. ❗️ The second and third images are of a toast being made at an offline meeting, which seems to be a popular thing to post these days. Second image, Nochi-san is sexy with even the second button open, maybe she's crazy ☺️ The after-party was at a place like a popular pub with bottled beer 🍻. The third picture, all the adults were playing with the fortune-telling machine at the bottom right of the toast. ☺️ Everyone is crazy except me. ☺️ The fourth picture is an amidakuji lottery to decide Asanami-san's souvenirs (dispose of unwanted items). I got a Gokotsuru choko (a small cup of sake): ❗️❗️ Thank you very much Asanami-san. ☺️ Oh, by the way, where's my cup of tea... 🤔

Hachikan Nishiki, once fired A scallop that arrives at the end of a checkup, just as I'm thinking, I'm going to have to cut back on alcohol this year. Damn! Scallops! They are delicious. Otokoyama from Fukushima. The sake shop recommended this one. Was it Watanabe Nanchara Sake Shop in Aizuwakamatsu? It has a stylish label. It has a characteristic sweetness, but it is delicate. Also, the bitterness is well balanced. It doesn't stand out, but it plays a good role! Hachitan-Nishiki is often encountered in Hiroshima sake, but it gives a different impression. Hiroshima sake has the winds of the Seto Inland Sea, but Fukushima's Hachitan-Nishiki is different!

Aizu Otokoyama Kai Junmai Ginjo Fukunoka Direct Kumi Unfiltered Nama Shu 1800ml Rice:100% Fukunoka Ingredients:Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic) Rice Polishing Ratio:55 Alcohol content: 16%. The May Hanpukai. The first Aizu Otokoyama was opened ^ ^. On the first day, it gave the impression of being light and easy to drink, the kind of thing you can't drink too much of. On the second day, a soft and gentle sweetness was added. Mmmm, delicious! When I looked up the brewery, I found that it is a so-called "reborn" brewery. It must have taken a lot of effort and cooperation from those around them to be able to produce this kind of sake in just a few years. On the third day, I will enjoy it while imagining the feelings of the brewery.

Hello @Mizuhashi! I was caught up in the situation and googled it myself😇. It's frustrating to think that many breweries have probably gone out of business without any such succession or transfer.

@水橋
Hi, Sakeran 😃. Yes, I wonder how many warehouses go out of business each year 😭.

I looked it up on wiki. I see that there are quite a few businesses that are out of business, dormant, but not per year.

I think I saw something about "every day a brewery goes out of business". Sake brewing is a profitable business, <Imotivation, a sense of mission, and a spirit of challenge I don't want this scheme to be broken, but I think it may be necessary for profitable people to enter the brewery business in order to further expand the market.
Japanese>English

Yes, if the market is revitalized, we too can enjoy a variety of alcoholic beverages ^ ^ ^.

There are only a few bottles left in the Aizu Buyout Series. Made with 60% polished rice and 100% Yumen no Kou. It is once-fired. It requires refrigeration, but for some reason it is stored at room temperature and served at room temperature. When poured into a glass, it has a very slight golden color and a modest aroma, but with a hint of sweetness. The taste is surprisingly beautiful in the mouth, with a strong sweet flavor! It has a strong impact of being sweet and umami, but it is clear sweet and umami without any harshness or alcohol. The aftertaste is also sweet-sweet without any pungency or alcohol, so it is delicious with cold soothing water! This is my favorite type of sake. It is my favorite type of sake!

I thought my name was "Wa" until now, This is named 'times' 😳. I checked and it looks like he changed his name from "Wa" to "Kai" 😆. Anyway, I had a "Wa" last year, I think. I enjoyed "Wa" direct pumped raw sake, so I'll drink the one that seems to have almost the same specs: ☺️ It has a mild melon-like aroma 🍈. Very refreshing and fresh on the palate: ☺️ The balance of sweetness, umami, and acidity is really good, and the bitterness at the end gives it a nice crispness. It's a good balanced sake that you don't get tired of drinking like Hirotogawa 🍶This is delicious 🤣. I wonder if it's due to the sweetness? It's juicy and delicious too 😋. I got some cheap snow crab, so I made a crab casserole and it went great with it 😍👍👍 I knew it would be delicious 😁.

Hello, Mr. Manachie! (≧▽≦) Coco is the brand name of a sake brewery that was revived from the ruins of a relative of a gold medal-winning contractor from Fukushima, isn't it? I had an image of it as a relatively mild, food-friendly sake, but has that changed?

Junmai Sake is the fragrance of dreams (Kaori) Introduced in Reborn Kura in dancyu 2022. Mr. Kobayashi, the brewery owner, is from Chiba. His mother's family owns a brewery in Aizu Misato-cho. He used to work for an IT company, but when he heard about the demolition of a sake brewery, he became a brewery owner. The brewery reopened in 2020. Mr. Kazunori Inomata, who was also involved in the production of Tobiroki, is the master brewer. The name was changed from "Wa" to "Kai" this year! Fresh and fruity, but with a strong umami, bitterness, and overall well-balanced sake quality. I first encountered it at a sushi restaurant in 2021, where it was introduced as a recently reopened restaurant, and at that time I just loved it and became a fan!
