回純米吟醸 福乃香 直汲み生

This is the times of Otokoyama Sake Brewery in Aizu Misato-cho, which resumed sake brewing in 2020 after 20 years.
Don't mind the old lady in the back here too 😑.
The initial aroma is slightly fruity and sweet.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a light, juicy sweetness with a slight sourness that is refreshingly clean.
It was refreshing and delicious 🍶✨️
The third one is Otokoyama Shuzo brewery in Aizu Misato-cho.
It is a short 10-minute walk from the Shirai Sake Brewery of the Wind Blows.
I won't post a photo, but there was a collapsed building that I think is no longer in use😅.
The fourth picture is the mountains of the Aizu Highlands seen from the Miya River flowing through Aizu Misato-cho: ⛰️
