A sweet-tasting, easy to drink sake. The bitterness of the aftertaste that quickly disappears is also a nice accent.

With heat from the dam? It is said to be a matured sake. The sake had a slightly yellowish color, sweet aroma, umami, acidity, and a banana smell on the palate that was close to cemedine.
We enjoyed it slowly and comfortably on a long autumn evening.

Saku yeast isolated from cosmos in Saku is used. It is also refreshing, but has a firm sweetness.

It is relatively light, but the umami sweetness gradually expands.
The finish is crisp and moderately spicy, which is also good.
