Aftertaste: clear, with gentle sweetness and acidity
Impression: Clear, fruity, medium dry
In the mouth, it has a beautiful acidity, gentle sweetness, and a seductive aroma of ethyl acetate-like ester that passes through the nose.
The aftertaste is refreshing.
The brewery seems to have burned down and this sake is no longer available. So I bought a bottle to savor it slowly.
Made with Nagano-grown hitogokochi-rice. My first sake from this brand and brewery! Wonderful aroma with hints of vanilla. Taste is juicy, sweet and fruity. Apple, banana, mikan? Refreshing acidity and a clean finish. Fantastic sake. 4.50/5
clear and tasty
Sweet aroma, smooth attack. The taste is clean and umami. It goes in smoothly and has a light aftertaste.
Accompanied by ginkgo nuts and steamed matsutake mushrooms in a teapot. It's like autumn in Japan 🤣.
Miyama-zakura Wa Wa Wa Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi
A sweet-tasting, easy to drink sake. The bitterness of the aftertaste that quickly disappears is also a nice accent.

With heat from the dam? It is said to be a matured sake. The sake had a slightly yellowish color, sweet aroma, umami, acidity, and a banana smell on the palate that was close to cemedine.
We enjoyed it slowly and comfortably on a long autumn evening.
