It was a 3 year old sake with a unique aroma and flavor.

Fujieda's local sake, Hatsukame.
It is a light and dry sake with a moderate aroma, and seems to go well with fish dishes. 🙆♂️
The price is only 2200 yen per bottle, making it an excellent value for money 👏👏.

The fourth drink was Hatsumigoyo, a local sake from Miyazaki.
It was a sake that was probably only available in Miyazaki 🤔.
I had it at room temperature and it was a classic drink with a strong alcohol taste.
I didn't know you can drink this in Osaka as well as Bibi Bibi lol.

It is a dry, refreshing sake with a sense of the seashore, and is best enjoyed with shellfish.

Wawawa純米吟醸 生かすみ

The second cup is Wawa.
A modern cup with apple-like fruity and rich sweetness spreading. 🙆♂️
This sake was made in December last year in a brewery that was burned down last December, so it is believed that it was made just before the fire.
This year they are going to borrow facilities from Kurosawa Brewery in the same Nagano prefecture to manufacture this sake, and I hope that a new brewery will be built as soon as possible 🙏.

First up was Asamayama from Gunma Prefecture: ⛰️
A fruity aroma to a refreshing one, good as a food sake. 🙆♂️
