The aroma was faintly apple-like.
In the mouth, there was a trace of gas and sourness, with a lingering bitterness!
It seems to be a bit like Senkou just at the first sip!
Delicious😊‼️
I had another brand of my favorite Tetorigawa "Yoshidagurau" for the first time ✨Modern Yamahai? I drank it for the first time and it is delicious.... It has a very nice aroma with a little bitterness at the end. The low alcohydrate (13%) was consumed in the blink of an eye.
I enjoyed it very much....
7/10
Yoshida Kurau's kijoshu,
I thought it would be sweet because it is a kijo-zake, but it was not so much.
It is a 12% sake, so it is a bit lacking in sweetness, but the acidity and slight sweetness are convincing.
It would be fun to start thinking about the marriage.
The aroma is subdued. Slightly effervescent and fresh. Gradually, I felt a fresh sweetness with a melon sensation, but there was also a slight bitterness in the aftertaste.
Stupid busy day continues.
I am looking forward to drinking on the weekends.
Yoshida Kura has been on my mind for a while. It has some kind of novelty label and I was torn between red and green.
Upon opening the bottle, a nice popping sound. It has a strong schwarziness, and the sharpness is weak. It is juicy sweet and sour, but the acidity wins. The balance is good🙆.
At the time, I was wondering whether to buy Senkou's Kabutomushi, but this sake can replace it 🤔.
The characteristic is the hinted aroma, which has a slight habit of mottling. I would say it is a juice, but this habit brings back the feeling that it is sake.
Delicious.
Good evening, ellie!
I've had this one before and it's delicious 😋✨It's low in alcohol and light, but has a great flavor, so I could drink more and more 🤤🍶.
Good evening Kotaro 🌆.
I bought this in February and it can be a summer sake 😋 and it is delicious.
The label seems to come in white and green, but I was confused 😓.
☀️
It's a noble sake ✨
12 degrees alcohol🙄.
This is bad 😅
So I'm opening the bottle 🍶.
Sweet 😚.
A little sourness.
Slight carbonation🫧.
What's that? I know this feeling from somewhere...
Shinsei ⁉️
Although the overall taste is thinner than Shinsei, it is similar... similar 🤔.
No cedar smell but similar 🙄.
If you drink it with a wooden Masu, I bet it's Shinsei❗️
And I don't have a wooden Masu 😅.
Too bad 🤣
Hi Hiro 😃
Wow, I'm surprised that it resembles Shinmasa even though it's a kijoshu! On the contrary, it's very interesting🤔I wonder if it's a less sweet kijoshu? I'd love to try it if I come across it 🥰.
Good evening, Hiro-san 🦉.
This kijoshu is delicious 🙂 ❣️ I wish they made it every year, and this year too! I'll buy it when I come across it😁.
It's true! Maybe the sweet and sour taste is similar 🤔
Good evening, Ponchan 🌙
I'm glad you can relate to the Shinmasa-like feeling 😊.
I'd love to repeat it if it was still available at the liquor store, but I'm afraid it's gone 🤣.
I haven't had Yoshida Kurau in a while, but it was still easy to drink 🍶.
The aftertaste is unique and tastes like Shinmasa No.6 🍶 I drank the green label this time, but I want to try other labels too 🍻.
After watching a baseball game, I went to Noge and had not one, but two drinks, because Bauer won the game with a perfect pitch 😁.
I chose Yoshida Kurau, a sake I had never had before.
It is really easy to drink with a slight gasiness and light sweetness and flavor. The acidity is mild and doesn't linger, so it's easy to pair with food ✨.
Good evening, Takashi 😆.
Thank you for your comment. I am drinking comfortably ✨I would love to drink a lot but I have work tomorrow so I will drink in moderation 😁.
Yoshida Kurau uses two types of sake rice, Ishikawamon and Hyakumangoku No Shiro, but the lady at the store where we purchased it preferred the Ishikawamon.
The slight fizziness lingers on the tongue and accentuates the fruity flavor.
With 13% alcohol, it seems to run out quickly if you don't have a small sake cup.
