I like Ishikawa sake...finally made my debut at Yoshidagura U. ㊗️🎉.
We started with a kijoshu right off the bat, but it was 🐴🐴🐴🐴. Yamahai, right? It's a kijoshu, right? I thought it would have a heavier flavor, but... it's easy to drink 🤗🤗. The potential of Ishikawa is amazing! I'm going to drink a lot of it to support the recovery! (I'm going to drink a lot of it to support the recovery! The aroma is a little sweet.
The taste is clean and refreshing, just like Hyakumangoku No Shiro.
The aftertaste is longer than the usual Hyakumangoku No Shiro, but it has a refreshing citrus-like feeling and is not unpleasant.
Opened the bottle for a sweet drink.
Fresh aroma of grapes
The sweetness and a little bit of strong acidity can be felt.
After swallowing, a little bit of sourness remains.
It is low in alcohol, but the feeling on the tongue is heavy.
It can be drunk with a meal.
Soft, fresh, slightly effervescent
Exactly what the label says: ✴️
A soft, soft, easy-drinking sake that gently snuggles up to you.
It is an easy-drinking sake with a soft mouthfeel that does not overpower you.
Is this what you call modern Yamahai? 🤔
My husband and I both liked it a lot 😊.
We will finish it in no time!
