X-Beauty18This sake will soon be discontinued!
A small amount of mochi rice is used to make this sake... and while it has a mild sweetness... it also has a delicious, satisfying throat feel... with a more delicious spiciness shining through. 竹Slightly amber color. Neat sucrose sweetness combined with cedar aroma. The dryness is strong, so it does not have the sweetness that the pinkish label suggests. Although it is a honjozo, there is no alcohol taste and it is naturally dry. A hint of cocoa and nutty bitterness lingers on the tongue. ぱらぱにIt was on the shelf supporting Ishikawa.
It is said to be sweet, but I got the impression that the taste was firm! 村上真生Sweet taste
The drinkability and apple-like sweetness similar to Tedorigawa can be felt. It is light even for a sweet sake, but also has a sense of heaviness peculiar to sweet wines.
