さきおにぎり
Yoshida Kurau uses two types of sake rice, Ishikawamon and Hyakumangoku No Shiro, but the lady at the store where we purchased it preferred the Ishikawamon.
The slight fizziness lingers on the tongue and accentuates the fruity flavor.
With 13% alcohol, it seems to run out quickly if you don't have a small sake cup.
