This sake is brewed with Isehikari, an auspicious-looking rice that was born in the Kanda of the Ise Shrine.
It is fruity with a clean aftertaste. The aroma is elegant, unctuous, and easy to drink. It was delicious, with a strong umami of rice.
Rice: Rice (Yamaguchi Prefecture), Rice Koji (Yamaguchi Prefecture)
Isehikari 75%, Yamadanishiki 25
Rice polishing ratio: 70

Good sake. A little sweet. When paired with meat and potatoes, it becomes even more crumbly. It also has a spiciness. I used to drink Jungin a lot. Junmai is also good!

Next was Mr. Gobashi.
I learned on the morning of the event that it originates from "Kintai Bridge" in Iwakuni City. Here is the information from the video.
The ride I wanted to drink!
It's a red yeast sake~!
It's sweet and sour~!
MAX's "ride on time" was playing in my head (lol).
0Gohashi Mizuch Ki Happo Junmai
Oh, this is lemon squash~!
Very crisp and refreshing!
0Gobashi Junmai Daiginjo 50%
Mmmm, nice aroma. Smooth and easy to drink. We were able to enjoy an expensive luxury sake! Yay!
Sake Fest Osaka Day 1 is over 😀.
This time I was in charge of guiding people around the venue, but I only had to protect one person who was very drunk, so there were no major problems 😀.
The event was divided into two parts, but each part had a 20-minute break, during which time you could freely enjoy tastings and talk with the brewers 😀 We visited quite a few breweries' booths, but that was the best part of the event.
I visited quite a few breweries' booths, but the one that surprised me the most was Gohashi from Yamaguchi Prefecture😇.
MIZUCH, which was released as a one-off last year and surprised me when Wamal-san drank it, will become a regular four-color product this season, and the previous Ride? The series is going to disappear 🤣.
This time, MIZUCH brought two colors, yellow and blue, but the yellow one was more like MIZUCH's image from last year's one-off sales😇.
The photo is with the Japanese Sake Festival management 😀.
Now, I'm heading to the venue again today as a volunteer staff 😀.
Hi Yasbay 😃
Thank you for your hard work and volunteer staff. I'm a drinker myself: ❗️
I sometimes think about volunteering myself, but I end up being a drinker because I want to drink 😅.
Good morning, Bekkarl 😀.
Thank you very much for coming to our event 😀.
The Japanese Sake Festival is a fun event with a sense of enjoyment for the breweries, the management staff, the volunteer staff, and all the visitors😇.
Good morning, Hiro 😀
Volunteer staffs can fully enjoy themselves when they see the happy faces of our guests😇.
It's just a little pity that we only have time to drink a little 🤣.
Maybe next time I'll go as a guest for a day 😀.
Hi Yasbay 😃
You are really conscious not only to drink but also to participate on the staff side 🤗.
I'm sure you'll be protected if you drink too much 😆.
Hi Jay & Nobby 😀
This time we were in charge of guiding people around the venue and there was only one person who drank too much that we protected 🤣.
I told him to drink some water and he drank it and moved on safely, so that's good😇
