Due to the heat and weather, I somehow missed buying sake this weekend, so I had a bottle in the fridge.
It has a slightly classical flavor and is good for everyday drinking that doesn't interfere with meals.

This is the second of the strange specs following the yellow one the other day. It has a Sake strength of minus 26.
Very thick, sweet and sour.
If you don't like sake, you might like it because it doesn't look like sake, but I didn't like it 😂.
I can't even drink kijoshu, so I guess that's true 😅.

2025/6/17-6/19, the last day of the [Gurutonami Chigasaki 2025] event. I wanted to drink some more sake, and although I used up my event ticket, I entered Ponka on the first day in search of the sake I was interested in😅.
I had met a hiyayoroshi junmai sake with the same shade of label/quality label in September 2019 (4th image).
It was my first Gobashi junmai sake in 6 years and the pink is the spring label 🤗.
Even though it's a junmai sake, it has a slight ginjo-like aroma.
It has a slight ginjo aroma even though it is a junmai sake. For some reason, there is a raw sake-like stimulation on the tongue when you put it in your mouth, and I thought it was a refreshing sake with a taste that I never got tired of drinking.

I had the pink one the other day and enjoyed it so much that I decided to try the blue one.
The aroma is moderate, with a slight sapidity and a slight acidity.
It is mild in the mouth, with a slight sweetness and bitterness, but it doesn't leave a lasting taste on the palate.
Easy to drink.
Serve with charbroiled chicken
Is it better to drink it with a more light-flavored snack because the aroma is a bit overpowering for charcoal-grilled chicken?
Or is it a good match in that it doesn't interfere with the flavor of the dish?
The pairing is still a mystery.

I will start with Mizuchi.
Opening the bottle was not particularly difficult, but it is quite shwashy.
It has just the right amount of sweetness and lemon-like acidity, almost like lemon squash.
