Freshly pressed raw sake with 17% alcohol by volume ✨
A beautiful sake with a nice balance of sweetness, umami, spiciness, and richness.
It's a bit high in alcohol (17%), but it's smooth and not too alcoholic.
I love the Saito no Shizuku sake rice because it has a dense sweetness ✨.
It has a sharpness that makes me want to drink too much... lol

Yes, it's strange that curry and spices can go with sake, but they do!
I feel like they go well together even if the base soup stock is Japanese style with kombu or bonito ✨.

I asked Kaorin what she wanted for a Christmas present... she said she wanted a Five T-shirt by Mr. Gohashi🤣.
We are both sake idiots😅.
You can buy the T-shirt at the brewery, but the shipping cost is too much, so we bought the sake as well 😀.
So we opened a bottle of this peach-colored nigori first 😀.
It didn't spew out and I was able to get the supernatant without any problems 😇.
The supernatant, after being brought to room temperature, was a beautiful blossom pink 🩷.
I could feel the firm acidity and it was full of strawberry flavor 😀.
The situation changed when I mixed in a generous amount of oli 🤣.
The mild oli flavor was added, strawberry milk ❓🤣.
Of course, the taste of the chilled mixture was also well brought out, and all three are different, but all are delicious 😇😇
It was a good sake to enjoy the different tastes by itself rather than with a meal 😀.
