Due to the heat and weather, I somehow missed buying sake this weekend, so I had a bottle in the fridge.
It has a slightly classical flavor and is good for everyday drinking that doesn't interfere with meals.
Super fruity aroma, clean strawberry, lactic acid bacteria aroma like yogurt.
The taste is sweet and sour as the aroma, mixed with sweetness and bitterness, not too acidic and not too strong, easy to drink.

Very thick, sweet and sour.
If you don't like sake, you might like it because it doesn't look like sake, but I didn't like it 😂.

I had met a hiyayoroshi junmai sake with the same shade of label/quality label in September 2019 (4th image).
It was my first Gobashi junmai sake in 6 years and the pink is the spring label 🤗.
Even though it's a junmai sake, it has a slight ginjo-like aroma.

I had the pink one the other day and enjoyed it so much that I decided to try the blue one.
The aroma is moderate, with a slight sapidity and a slight acidity.
It is mild in the mouth, with a slight sweetness and bitterness, but it doesn't leave a lasting taste on the palate.
Easy to drink.
