This is the first time I have tasted Imi. The mild sweetness spreads from a mild mouthfeel to an elegant and robust umami in the latter half.
I have wanted to try this brand. Finally, I was able to enjoy it. It has a strong umami flavor, but it is elegant and not too strong.
