I started feeling sick around the time of the bullet train on the way back from the trip, and on Wednesday and Thursday I had a slight fever, cough, runny nose, and cold symptoms, so I went to bed as soon as I got home from work.
Maybe it was because I was too excited on the trip...
Well, I'm still not in the best of shape, but I'm feeling a little better, so I decided to have a light drink today.
So today I was drinking Gohashi from Sakai Shuzo, the sake brewery I visited the other day.
This time!
The alcohol content is 5 degrees, so I thought it would be perfect after a long day of illness!

First, the aroma. It has a fresh dairy-like aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, it goes from chili to sour-sweet and refreshing.
It also has a fruity citrus taste. There is also a slight salty taste.
There may be a little element of lactic acid beverage.
This is a delicious sake, and it is easy to drink like a juice.
My wife had never tasted Gobashi before, but she was pleased to find it easy to drink and delicious!
