Open the bottle slowly for about 30 seconds at ⚠️
The taste is sweet and sour like carbonated juice.
The nigori portion is as small as last year's.
The alcohol content is 11%, which makes it refreshing to drink.

Sake given to me by my boss from Yamaguchi as a souvenir from back home 🍶.

75% Nishitoshizuku, 25% Yamadanishiki
Saito no Shizuku is Yamaguchi's sake brewing rice.
It is crossed with Yamadanishiki on the paternal side.
This is a non-junmai, al-soaked daiginjo.
The aroma is a sweet ginjo aroma.
In the mouth it has a sweet and rice flavor that is not too assertive, maybe a little light 🤔.
From there, bitterness and alu-ness join in, and it finishes with a refreshing acidity.
The entrée was grilled Renkotai sea bream with small sardine tempura and pork wrapped in soybean sprouts 😙.
It was an easy sake to pair with food as it was not too assertive and did not interfere with the meal😃.
Iwakuni city has five bridges, ganjiki, and golden-crowned black pine trees. Each of them use water from the Nishiki River system, which again amazed me with how good the water is 😲.

It's easy to get to Kyushu from Hiroshima City, but it's a long way to Kansai 💦.

As one might expect, the heavy series of sake is too much for me, so I took a break and drank a glass of nama sake!
Jacket value ... 8/10
The black label on the green bottle is really cool! The silver lettering on the green bottle is also cool. ⭐︎
Occurrence ... 14/20
The smell is Choshu-style malted rice smell (like sweetened yogurt. Toyo Bijin is the same, I just thought of that), with a hint of acidity in the lower part of the upper part, then sweetness and flavor without too much acidity or burning.
Sei... 15/20
The acidity is also very lively.
The sweetness and umami are not too bad...but it seems to stop at a medium level.
Turning... 19/20
You can fully feel the umami of koji, and you can also taste the burning sensation and the acidity that is still present.
The combo with the Choshu-style koji smell is a critical hit.

The smell of burning and sublimation of the Alc feeling lingers until the end.

Buy it for 1,925Yen......have a wide choice.
It is best at room temperature.

It has a good flavor, taste, and aroma, but it doesn't seem cheap.
The only thing I can say is that Alc was a bit belligerent, and the rest is "ask me anything if you like".
