I drank at SHIROIYA HOTEL in Maebashi. And all you can drink. I wish I had known about it before dinner. The sake is very easy to drink and has a nice sharpness even if you are full.
I want to buy this when I find it.
Ingredients: rice (from Gunma Prefecture), rice rice-mian (from Gunma Prefecture)
Rice polishing ratio: 60
Alcohol content: 14
Yeast used: Kyokai No.701
Malted Rice type used: Yellow Koji for Shochu, White Night
On a trip to Gunma the year before last, I happened to stop by a liquor store that had a Tsuchida Sake Brewery tasting, where I drank a wild 12🍶.
Last year, a nearby liquor store had the regular 12, but this was the first time I found the wild 12 and decided to buy it immediately✨.
It's 12% alcohol so it's easy to drink👍
Good sweetness, some acidity.
It has a unique aroma but it's also very addictive 😋.
This is the first time for me to try 90% polished rice. I had a feeling that it might have a cloying taste or be difficult to approach, but my expectations were completely betrayed in a good way. It was moist and smooth on the tongue, with a clean, rich flavor. It was a little sweeter than the label indicated, with acidity and a strong aftertaste. All sake is delicious, and there are many good polished sake, but I never knew there was such a good sake without polishing! It's been a long time since I've had such a good sake.

Sweet aroma, slightly yellow
Sweet and acidic, with a strong personality.
I've never had this type of wine before, so it's very interesting.
Delicious!
This is my first Shin Tsuchida. I bought it thinking that I would not be disappointed with Gohyakumangoku, which has an image of a beautifully finished product.
Reading the label carefully, I found that the rice was polished to 90% and that yellow koji for shochu was used.
When I poured it, I found it had a golden color with a matured taste. The taste is mellow like an aged sake, and the aroma is complex. The flavor itself does not seem strong, and if there is anything that is typical of Ihyakumangoku, it is that it is more refreshing than ordinary aged sake.
I was surprised if you drink it with an image of sake of Gohyakumangoku!
This is my first Tsuchida.
I like the mark on the lid!
I have seen it before in the video "Summit No. 7 No. 1".
I wanted to drink this sake. Bon appétit!
That.... It's being pulled by the old sake I just had.
Still, it has a sweet aroma.
It is light and has no unpleasant taste.
It tasted clean and fruity.
