The 8th Osaka Takashimaya Sake Festival ①.
I was late because I misunderstood that the event started at 11:00 a.m., but I was able to greet and thank Yasube & Kaorin, who attended only in the morning, for inviting me to the previous event.
First of all (?) The first brewery we visited was Tsuchida Sake Brewery, which is a favorite of mine.
As I was tasting the sake with the person next to me talking about Tsuchida's charms, the brewery owner said, "You know a lot about it! I told him I was a fan! I said so publicly 🤣.

The taste is light, refreshing, easy to drink, and delicious.
Shin Tsuchida Princess Sally
Made with organic, pesticide-free indica rice (Thai rice). The rice is from "Jyoshu Hyakusyo Yondaruma" in Gunma Prefecture. The rice here has many fans and is said to sell out quickly. The color is a solid yellow and it has quite a rich, bitter taste and flavor.
◉tsuchida Light F
A light, light and refreshing sake. Light in the mouth, maybe too refreshing.
◉Honor Kunimitsu Oze no Komichi 2025
A volunteer sake for the restoration of the wooden paths in Ozenuma. I bought it last year and told them the label was different, but they change it every year. It's a refreshing sake with a hint of sweetness.
It's a very refreshing sake....
