Inaba-san today's drink🆕. It is said to be more on the dry side with a sake strength of +19. It has a fizzy, petit-bubble feeling that is unique to nama sake. The Akabu I was drinking it with was sweet, so I felt it was distinctly dry! I felt it was clearly dry because the Akabu I drank with it was sweet! I drank a lot today... lol
