It's a pretty good price, but as a fan of Echizenmisaki, I can't find any reason not to buy it ❗

It already looks delicious ❗Thank you for sending us this rare beef 🙇.
When I took it out to enjoy it, I thought, "What? It's gone 🤔".
The culprit was my wife, who couldn't resist the delicious looking beef and was snacking on it frequently 😲.
This is it ❗Yummy taste! The fatty meat is sweet and melts in your mouth, of course, but the most notable thing is that the meat tastes so rich ‼️ I can't get enough of beef with a gut full of lean taste 😋.

Ordered from a sake brewer at the end of the year
It has a glossy, thickened ginjo aroma with a hint of koji aroma, and is moist and sweet like honey or syrup. It has a mellow and mellow taste, with a hint of 🍈 and 🍇. The subtle aftertaste of sourness and bitterness is also nice. The old-fashioned label is cool and drinkable, but the taste is a little more modern and delicious.

We also visited the Tanabe Sake Brewery, which we are sure will be of interest to the King of Noodle Sake, and of course we had a glass of sake.
Echizenmisaki Sakahomare Junmai Daiginjo.
The aroma of rice with a refreshing acidity, the sweetness and umami from the mouthfeel, and the lingering aftertaste are pleasant with the spring breeze!
Sweetness and mellowness increase as the temperature rises.
［I think you can tell that the brewery has been working hard to create a delicious sake through trial and error since its development.

It's a fruity yet youthful roughness as the name "Rough Running" suggests, and I'm looking forward to seeing how it changes over time with its solid weight 🎵.

Wow~Oh, the best fried bean curd I've ever eaten in my life‼️ I didn't know such delicious fried bean curd existed 😲My wife, who doesn't eat much tofu food, said it was delicious ❗Crispy and juicy inside, this Echizen soy sauce is also excellent ❗Green onion and grated radish go well together 🎵.
I tried to eat it in other ways like ponzu, but it was already gone 😂.

I stopped by a liquor store on my way home from exploring Fukui Station the other day and bought this Echizen Cape ✨😀 I haven't seen it in about 4 years 🐧.
The aroma is a bit of a gorgeous ginjo aroma😊The mouthfeel is smooth and the sweetness and umami of the rice is elegant in the mouth 😘The aftertaste is short and disappears quickly 😚👍.
It is a well-balanced and delicious sake 🥳👍

I asked the owner to bring me a recommendation from three of the bottles, and I "jacked" them.
The label is cool, and in fact the flavor is as guttural and impactful as this label.
It has a sake strength of +10, which makes it seem very dry, but it has a strong flavor and is not so harsh. However, the alcohol content is high, so be careful not to drink too much.
