This is it ❗Yummy taste! The fatty meat is sweet and melts in your mouth, of course, but the most notable thing is that the meat tastes so rich ‼️ I can't get enough of beef with a gut full of lean taste 😋.

It has a glossy, thickened ginjo aroma with a hint of koji aroma, and is moist and sweet like honey or syrup. It has a mellow and mellow taste, with a hint of 🍈 and 🍇. The subtle aftertaste of sourness and bitterness is also nice. The old-fashioned label is cool and drinkable, but the taste is a little more modern and delicious.

Echizenmisaki Sakahomare Junmai Daiginjo.
The aroma of rice with a refreshing acidity, the sweetness and umami from the mouthfeel, and the lingering aftertaste are pleasant with the spring breeze!
Sweetness and mellowness increase as the temperature rises.
[I think you can tell that the brewery has been working hard to create a delicious sake through trial and error since its development.

I stopped by a liquor store on my way home from exploring Fukui Station the other day and bought this Echizen Cape ✨😀 I haven't seen it in about 4 years 🐧.
The aroma is a bit of a gorgeous ginjo aroma😊The mouthfeel is smooth and the sweetness and umami of the rice is elegant in the mouth 😘The aftertaste is short and disappears quickly 😚👍.
It is a well-balanced and delicious sake 🥳👍
This is the one I haven't had yet!
It's tangy and dry but sweet ✨.
After a few days, the taste is more integrated and the taste is better ↑.
