[The 2nd Bishu Competition Grand Tasting
Next, we had a glass of local sake from Fukui, Japan.
Echizenmisaki Tank Pressed Junmai Revived Rice Kutouryu
The aroma of rice with a slight sense of maturity, the firm umami that quickly enters the mouth, the strong acidity after a sharp taste, and the bitterness that lingers on the tongue at the end.
The taste is firm even though the temperature is close to room temperature, and the evening chilliness makes you want to warm it up.
In addition to the sake competition, the "Jizake Tourism" event will also offer tastings of Fukui's local sake, as well as local wine, beer, plum wine and other liqueurs ✨.
The tickets are tied together, so there's some Fukui sake in between 😁.
At a local sake meeting❗
I thought that since the members had brought Akaneun at the meeting held last year around this time, they would bring it this year too 😁.
They even brought it to "Nonbei Yokocho" ‼️ which shows how serious they are 😆.
It's great at room temperature 😋 it's great lukewarm ✌ it's great hot ✌ it's great hot 😊 too good 👍
Good evening Noodle-chan🌇You always praise Cape Echizen so much, I'd like to try it if it's that good😆I've been coming to Nobey Yokocho more and more lately👍.
At a local sake meeting❗
The second bottle is also a very nice bottle of sake 😆 A good one from a tobin 👍.
It's still unquestionably delicious 😆 If you feel that autumn sake is too heavy, you should definitely try it 🎵
Thanks for your time, Mr. Menshuoh!
I see someone other than Mr. Menshuoh brought in "Echizen Misaki" 😁.
As a resident of Fukui, I'm happy to hear that Fukui's sake is steadily spreading 🤩.
I bought it for the first time last year and it was overwhelmingly good, so I bought it immediately.
I wonder if it is popular because it was the last bottle.
It's still very tasty, and the lightness of the flavor makes it ripe and suitable for eating.
It is unquestionably wonderful!
I would like to thank Tanabe Sake Brewery again for such a great sake!
Mr. Mitamura is Shirahama and Tanabe
After all, the sea is not half bad!
Fukui Prefecture also has a lot of sea food!
I had the best amaebi I've ever had at a random drive-in restaurant on a family vacation a long time ago!
Cape Echizen is also a result of this environment.
Good morning, Shinjou-san ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
I missed this post, but thank you for the high praise for the sake and snacks from Fukui 😁.
[I'm sure you'll enjoy the new products that Echizenmisaki has developed as a private brand.
Hello.......
Fukui is really a treasure house of food!
Soba (buckwheat noodles) is my favorite!
But with the Hokuriku Shinkansen extension, it has become far away!
Echizen-misaki is quite numerous just for regular products...
I have a narrow preference, so it's safe to stop easily!
Here is a chart diagram for my own drinking comparison. I am sure some of you will point out that this is not true! I am sure some of you will point this out to me. I would appreciate it if you could tell me.
(My impression after drinking it)
It has a slightly greenish yellow color. It has an aroma like white peaches. In the mouth, a moderately rich rice flavor flows down the throat with a sweet and sour lychee flavor. There is no stimulation on the tongue. The spiciness lingers in the nose.
After a few days of drinking, a sweetness emerges. It is a delicious sake with a good balance of umami, sweetness, spiciness, and acidity. This is my first time drinking this sake, and it was a winner.

We received this from Gyve: ‼️
According to Gyve, "This is a PB sake from Ishikawa Sake Brewery in Fukui City! Echizenmisaki Junmai Ginjo is aged in barrels and flavored with cherry chips, giving it a woody aroma and a round taste.
As you say, it's round and delicious 😋 It's aged to a light amber color, full-bodied and unctuous ✨.
It's great to be able to drink PB sake from other prefectures, even my favorite Echizenmisaki, Sake no Wa: ‼️
Thank you so much, Jive 🙏.
Good evening, Mr. King of Noodle Sake 🌛.
I love sake with a woody aroma, and this "Umai" is a particular favorite of mine 😁.
I was hoping you would try this one ✨.
