I started drinking it on the 11th, wrinkling my brow as I drank it, trying to somehow characterize the taste.

I was exposed to the onslaught of influenza during the year-end and New Year's holidays and had a high fever since the end of the year🥵.
I was in bed for three gaga days with a fever that wouldn't go down 😭.
I made it to the beginning of work...
I was so busy and troublesome in January that I didn't see any salmon at all.
I'm going to start working on the sake-no-wa soon!
I haven't even reviewed the sake I drank at the end of the year.
But I don't remember much, so I'm going to write this down as a memo of remembrance.

On the palate, apple aroma joins it and gives it a freshness in a roundness 👍.
Smooth and mild on the tongue.
It has a fluffy, enveloping sensation and finishes with a gentle acidity. Delicious 🎶.
Overall, it's a bit on the sweet side, but it's not too heavy....... 😋💕
