One of my favorite sakes, Shiki.
I did a double-take at the unfamiliar classic label 😳.
The store owner told me it was a sake that is only available in the Shiga Prefecture area 🤩.
It seems to be a limited edition this year, but they are planning to make it a regular item from next season onwards!
I got a head start 🥰.
After opening the bottle, the aroma was apple-like, which is typical of the No. 6 yeast, and I felt like an apple with a lot of honey 🤔, as well as ripe peaches.
And there is also a unique aroma of Shiki.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a little bit of a slight effervescence 🤔It has a nice sourness and a sweetness that spreads quickly, but there is no unpleasant messiness at all, and I really like the sweetness.
Oh! Yes, I'll have to try it heated 😦! Let's try heating it up 🤩.
It was delicious with the sweetness flying off in a good way 🤩!
That's what I'm talking about 😘.
If this is 1,300 yen without tax, I would always buy it👍It really is a friend of the common people!

It is refreshingly sweet with a hint of sourness and lactic acidity. Light and easy to drink.
After leaving the restaurant, we finished up at a nearby ramen shop.
Rafa had a beer 🍺 at a ramen shop 🤣.
After seeing Tomo off at the hotel, we parted ways with Rafa at Yodoyabashi, walked to Kitashinchi, parted ways with Nemuchi, and headed home.
