First of all, from last year
I bought this at an event at Takashimaya.
While there are many kijo sake, this one was my favorite 😄.
It has a clear and clean acidity with a slight sweetness.

It goes well with white stew and yakitori with yuzu pepper.

The yakitori was good with the spicy yuzu kosho (citrus pepper) accenting the flavor and keeping it from being too sweet!

This one on the right in the photo is a white label of Laughing Four Seasons Sensation.
It is a soft, sweet sake with a mild aroma. It is sweet but overall refreshing and easy to drink. This sake is a winner.
Emishi Sensation
Named by Senjiro Takeshima, the second founder of the company
Sake is the food of a joyful life and a lubricant that brings people together. It is said that "Sake is the food of life and a lubricant that bonds people together, and we wish that people can spend their days laughing with sake in every season.
I missed out on the new Kudoki sake I used to drink every year, so I bought this one from my hometown in Shiga.
A bottle of 50% polished sake was about 2,400 yen, right?
I was dazzled by the cost performance 🤣.
100% Yamadanishiki produced in Shiga Prefecture
Polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol: 15 degrees Celsius
Slightly gorgeous aroma, a little fruity, soft acidity and umami, and a little spiciness.
I was surprised that it is not too sweet because I have an image of Shiki being sweet 😳.
I was looking forward to see if it would get sweeter after 3 days... 🥺.
So I decided to try heating it up.
I tried various temperatures, but the alcohol and pungency were too strong 💦.
I found it easiest to drink when heated.
So on the 4th day, I tried heating it again.
It was not as sweet, but the acidity and umami combined nicely to make a delicious, slightly fruity sake 😆.
Thanks to this, it's going well 🎶!
I'm looking forward to drinking it again today!

A special gold label sake from Laughing Four Seasons.
It said something understandable but not clear: "Koshiki Namahashimoto brewing".
It was a delicious sake with a strong acidic taste and a feeling that it is not important.
