Osaka Minamimorimachi 2
The second glass was a Laughing Shiki Sensation BLUE Gen2 Koshiki Nama Hashiroshi.
I've had a few Laughsiki, but this is my first time to drink the blue one!
This one is softer and sweeter than the one I just had!
It's clean and gentle, so it's not too sharp.
This one is delicious too 😋.

It has been a long time! The limited edition of Shiki is...
This sake is made with "Flower Yeast Sakura" developed by Tokyo University of Agriculture.
savour" means "taste" or "enjoy"...so the concept is to taste (enjoy) the feeling when you put it in your mouth😊.
The smell after opening the bottle, oh wow! It's sweet and fresh, like a fragrant flower dancing in the air!
In the mouth, the moist sweetness spreads and is followed by a refreshing acidity that is pleasant to the palate!
The taste of rice and a pleasant bitterness lingers in the throat.
Delicious!
Last week's horse 🐴.
I had a big single win on Saturday and Sunday, and I was able to win 🤩.
I don't always invest this amount of money 😅.
Good morning, kozo!
Laughing Four Seasons' limited brew - fragrant sweet and sour - sounds delicious 😊.
I'm also curious about the flower yeast developed by the university 🤤.
Congratulations on your big win too 🐎.
Hi Kojo 😃
Lol Shiki, I've never had it 💕enjoy! It's nice 🥰I'd like to drink it if I ever come across it: ❣️ sweet and sour sounds delicious 😋The horse's extra income is also great 🫢I wonder what kind of fine sake they pour into it: ‼️
Hi, kozo-san 🐦🐦.
You're right lol, Koizo-san who drinks a lot of Four Seasons, you've already drunk this one too 😊👍I like flower yeast drinks so I'm curious 😁.
It's really great that you win, as well as the amount you invest 😳‼️
ma-ki-chan
Good morning.
The smell is gorgeous thanks to the flower yeast 🤩.
I like all of the Laughing Season Sake, including the regular ones, because they have just the right amount of acidity, but I also want to drink all of the limited editions, because they are always different and enjoyable!
Hina Hana Mama
Good morning!
I like the concept of this sake, "enjoy" means to have fun and enjoy everything, so I was able to enjoy (taste) this sake as well 😘.
Pon.
Hello!
I know you liked the flower yeast sake!
It was very good and I would recommend it, but be warned that it had a bittersweet aftertaste and lingering taste, but I don't think it will hurt to try it 😊.
It has the complexity and richness of a sake that is typical of a sake made from a traditional yeast yeast yeast, but the mouthfeel is not heavy, and it seems to be made only from the good points of the yeast yeast yeast.
(I know there are different tastes of sake yeast yeast, so this is just my opinion😅)
I love the taste 😍.
This is seasonal but I would like to drink it again 😊.
A sake I've always wanted to try at a restaurant I always go to that I've never met before.
Clear sweetness and a little sourness with a young melon flavor.
It's a little bit frizzy, but it goes down softly.
I paired it with a smoked dish, so I could enjoy the depth and complexity of the flavors.
☀️
Bottled in May 2021 👀.
I wondered if it looked like an aged sake ❓, but it was still a light amber color 🟡.
It has a thick sweetness and umami flavor that gives it a matured sake feel 🥸.
The ginjo aroma on the nose is also clearly perceptible, and the aroma is thick ❗️
It is clearly different from the ordinary Laughing Four Seasons.
When I think of "Angelina", I think of Jolie, but I didn't feel the image of Jolie at all 🙄.
Where is this Angel🤔?
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌙.
Speaking of Jolie, she's a Tomb Raider ‼️ 😆
Is it my imagination that I can catch a glimpse of Brahpi from behind the rock 🤗.
It is rather dark.
It's like a peach or mango.
The rice and alcohol spread from the tip of the tongue to the whole body.
I bought this when I saw the title "Masterpiece" on the bottle.
I think most sake like this are light and refreshing, but this one feels rather full-bodied, but without any peculiarities, and it goes well with sake.
I have recently grown to like sake that makes me want to say "ku-ku" or "kah-ku" after drinking it, but this was a good transitional sake that I could get into.
I heard that it is a set of A-Un, so next time I will try the A-Un one.
Junmai 🍶Old style sake, first pressing limited ogaraumi nama sake ✨Sensation White Gen3

The 620 yeast, derived from the No. 6 yeast, is a yeast that exists only at the Laughing Four Seasons Brewery.
After a major improvement, the grape-like taste was increased. ⤴️ and here, in addition to the grape-like taste, it seems to be strawberry-like... a lustrous and fresh modern sake.
I like the sweet and sour taste, and the sharpness of the acidity gives it more fruitiness...🙂 I'm also interested in the peach.
I'm also interested in the peach 🤭.
