After shaking
The flavor is well balanced, but the aroma and bitterness are assertive.
My impression is that the Black Label is a bit less dry and more fruity.
Both are cheap and I like the taste, so I will buy them again next year!
The top of the cap
The moment I opened the crown cap with tremendous gas, the lid blew off ... . LOL!
The gas was so strong that it almost blew the lid off, so it was almost like sparkling wine. It tastes like sparkling wine.
The bitterness lingers for a long time and is very refreshing.
The price is also very inexpensive, about 2,400 yen including tax, about 300 yen less than Sensation's Black Label, so I can recommend it!
I might buy the vermilion label Extreme too....
After shaking
The bitterness, sweetness, and acidity have all become flat and flat due to the creamy effect of the nigorigo.
I'm starting to think that it's possible for the taste to become more cohesive after shaking 🤔.
