Purchased at Yajima Sake Shop.
Aroma like rum. The mouthfeel is sweet with almost no tanginess. The flavor and mild acidity spreads out and disappears easily. It is easy to drink despite its sweetness. It is a beautiful sake. Delicious.
Today we went for a walk in the morning to a fish shop in a nearby market. There, we had the nodoguro and sayori filleted for us 😋. We served the fish guts with our homemade soup (Kansai-style white miso soup 😁).
I had a lot of trouble deciding what to pair it with, but I decided to go with a draft sake from Shiga's Laughing Shiki, which is located in a prefecture without a sea 😉.
Great decision! It was the best marriage to complement the expensive fish 🐟.
The cherry blossoms have fallen, so spring sake is in its final stages 🍶.
Mizuguchi is on the way back to Suzuka from Lake Biwa, and I didn't know there was a sake brewery 🙄.
Speaking of cherry blossoms in Shiga 🌸, Kaizu-Osaki - Sugaura in Oku-Biwako. I wonder if it's not around now 🤔I love Kaguya Mochi and used to stop by every Biwaichi 💕.
First time, Laughing Shiki.
Gorgeous but slightly subdued aroma 😤.
Sweetness and rice flavor spreading to the oral cavity.
After that comes a firm sourness and bitterness.
The seasonal taste of spring 😋.
Today, after work, I had a quick meal with fried horse mackerel.
Drinking dinner while watching Paris-Roubaix 🚲️ live on Amapura 🍶✌️💕!
Good evening, Hirupeco!
I may be mistaken about the tea! LOL!
It was a good black tea feeling to drink at room temperature!
It is my favorite laughing season!
Laughing Four Seasons is one that I have wanted to drink for a long time.
I was finally able to buy it.
Sweet and sour.
Personally, I think it has more of a rice flavor than a fruity one.
The aftertaste is clean.
Easy to drink and delicious.
