Miyako Bijin has a wide variety of sake for dinner, and all of them are good, but this one has a definite taste!
The slightly ripe flavor lasts for a long time!
It is good cold, but perfect warmed.
It has a more balanced taste.
Mr. Ota is a Toyama re-runner!
After all, Toyama is a mecca for seafood, especially kelp!
He enjoyed the sumptuous food!

I bought it because the label was very cute and it looked delicious❗It's been a long time since I've had Miyako Bijin, but this is the first time I've had this series of products‼️
It tastes like an air freshener ⁉️ or should I say elegant ‼️.
It's a little too much for me 😢.
But I think Miyako Bijin itself is a great sake ✨.

When I first opened the bottle, flavour was not great, but after letting it breathe for a week in the fridge, it was delicious!
Initial taste of strawberries and rockmelon with sweetness then long dry finish.
The changes are why I really enjoy namazake.
