I don't detect much of the Kamitatekoso, but there is a round, unfamiliar aroma in the back of the bottle. The mouthfeel is moist, calm, and elegant with sweetness and soft umami, and the rounded aroma in the aftertaste is fruity. The acidity and bitterness are both moderate, and it has a mysterious sharpness that just flutters and closes. It is really a round, gentle and mysterious sake, and this must be one of its balances. I wrote that I was not a fan of this sake, but when I warmed it up, the acidity I wrote that I was not a fan of this sake because of its yamahunkaku characteristics. I wrote that I don't like this sake because it is Yamahaku. I was able to enjoy it very much. I'm not a fan of this sake. I looked it up and it says to let it air out. Pour it in and let it air out and let the temperature rise to about 70 degrees. I was told to let it air dry and raise the temperature to about 70 degrees.
