But first, we will have the sake by itself.
The aroma is sweet and slightly acidic, as if full of sugar. This looks delicious.
In the mouth, there is a gorgeous, yet deep sweetness. Behind the sweetness, there is a bitter taste and a slight sourness. Yum!
From there, the sweet bitterness swells further and disappears with a whimper, leaving behind a lingering sweet bitterness and a sweet-alcoholic aroma. It tastes great on its own!
Now then, let's try it with gâteau chocolat.
