I don't detect much of the Kamitatekoso, but there is a round, unfamiliar aroma in the back of the bottle.
The mouthfeel is moist, calm, and elegant with sweetness and soft umami, and the rounded aroma in the aftertaste is fruity. The acidity and bitterness are both moderate, and it has a mysterious sharpness that just flutters and closes.
It is really a round, gentle and mysterious sake, and this must be one of its balances.
