I wrote that I was not a fan of this sake, but when I warmed it up, the acidity I wrote that I was not a fan of this sake because of its yamahunkaku characteristics. I wrote that I don't like this sake because it is Yamahaku. I was able to enjoy it very much. I'm not a fan of this sake. I looked it up and it says to let it air out.
