Drinks like water. A clean aftertaste after drinking. Is it because the rice and water are delicious? It has a mild taste. It goes well with sashimi. There are no peculiarities at all, so even sake beginners can easily try it.

I wanted to drink it after seeing other people drinking it, so I asked Kobayashi Shuzo, a liquor store in Minamiaizu-cho, to reserve a bottle for me. When I put it in my mouth, the sweetness, slight spiciness, and umami came in with a bang. The back palate has umami at the base of the tongue and a bit of spiciness on the tip of the tongue. It was a very heavy sake that was very drinkable.
