I wanted to drink it after seeing other people drinking it, so I asked Kobayashi Shuzo, a liquor store in Minamiaizu-cho, to reserve a bottle for me.
When I put it in my mouth, the sweetness, slight spiciness, and umami came in with a bang.
The back palate has umami at the base of the tongue and a bit of spiciness on the tip of the tongue.
It was a very heavy sake that was very drinkable.

Another person gave me some puffer fish fins for fillet sake, so I tried heating it up.
The aroma of the puffer fish fins was in my nose, but at the same time, it was a bit dry.
