February 2: Setsubun - 3
It's cold, so we'll end up with heated sake 🍶♨️
Following J&N's example
"Yamada-kun, bring me that stuff!
but there was no answer.
I prepared it myself 🤣.
This one was sent to me by my dear sake friend M for heating sake.
This was sent to me by my dear sake friend M for warming up 😊♪
This sake is made by Mr. M's younger brother. ❣️
I'm looking forward to it 😆 ♫
I'll start with a cold one 🍶.
It's a dry Honjozo type sake with no added sugar.
I'm not sure what to expect.
It is lighter in the mouth than I thought it would be
and easy to drink 😋.
Nice aroma
The first sip was very sweet, but
but the sourness and spiciness make it refreshing.
It goes well with tuna sashimi 😘♪
Dora seems to like it too 👍👍
Next, we had it hot 🍶♨️
Aromatic and full of umami flavor!
Soft and refreshing with a soft acidity
No peculiarities and clear!
Goes great with tuna 😍♪♪
It went well with the pickles that they sent me with the sake.
It also went well with pickles 😉👍👍
Yes, delicious ♡♡♡♡
Heated sake ♡♡♡♡♡
Before I started Sake no Wa
I used to drink only heated sake under the influence of my father 🍶.
This sake is my father's favorite 😘👍
I'm glad to find a sake that reminds me of my father
I'm glad to find a sake that reminds me of my father 😘👍👍
Mr. M, my junior
Thank you for the food 🙏🙇♀️🙇♂️
Tsubu.
Good morning♪
Yumbei Yokocho is on the move 🤩The sake label looks like it would go well with heated sake 🤩.
I'm curious about the pickled country miso... 🤣
Tsubu-chan, hi 😃
Sashimi and pickles with real dry heated sake 🍶kooooo 😋 your dad would love to drink with you 🥹.
It's good to have Yamada-kun when you want him... but it's not good if he's always there 😅.
Hi, Tsubu-chan 🐦!
I enjoyed reading about the girls' night out followed by the festivities 😊😊Hot sake looks delicious ❣️ it's so cold right now I feel like having a drink even though it's daytime 😆.
Maybe your dad in heaven wanted to drink with you 🙏✨
Tsubu-chan Good evening 😄Kaito Otokoyama? It's a good sake to go with hot sake! And that sake reminds me of your father... Sake really does have a history, doesn't it? Sake is really deep! Thank you for the encounter!
Thanks a lot, Tsubu-chan 😊.
On a cold day like this with heavy snowfall, you must be thinking ☃️Kaito Otokoyama hot sake 🍶‼️
You'd think 😳
I get sweaty 💦 shoveling snow so surprisingly it's cold sake 😅
Hello, kozo!
It's cold right now, so I think I'll be working more days in the Nonbee Alley ☺️ It's an easy and delicious sake to drink cold, but I think it's best heated 😚🍶♨️ pickles, the strong taste 🍶 and 🍚 made it go further 😋👍
Thank you, Jay & Nobby!
My father loved to drink dry heated sake with tuna sashimi soaked in wasabi and soy sauce 😌! I think he would have been happy to drink it too. ☺️
Yamada-kun, I wish you were here only when I need you 😜.
Hi Pon 😊
Thanks for reading ☺️ I have to work hard to continue with the girls' night and a few more other things! I have to work hard 😅The hot sake was delicious ♡ Ne! It's so cold right now, if I didn't have to go out, I'd love to drink 🍶 during the day 🤭.
Good evening, Mr. Sashiu 😊.
Kaito Otokoyama! It was my first time to drink this sake, but it was very delicious 😋I could imagine my father's smile as he drank it happily 😚 he likes this kind of sake 🙏 ☺️ I found a good sake 🙏.
Good evening, Mr. Muro 😊.
Kaito Otokoyama ❣️ was delicious 😆⤴︎⤴︎
Hot sake is the best!
Hmmm? Muro-san drinks it cold⁉️
I know shoveling snow is hard work 💦Otsukare-sama desu!
So it tastes good even if you drink it cold 😉👍
Hello, I'm Kikkoman, and I'd like to thank you for your kind attention.
Thank you for drinking our breweries Kaito Otokoyama, Aizu, Hanazono, and Kunigon from our hometown of Minamiaizu!
The aroma is mildly sweet like cocoa with a hint of cocoa nibs.
The taste, on the other hand, has the sweetness of rice, which is typical of sake, with a cocoa-like aroma.
It is supposed to go well with nuts and cheese.
Trip to Aizu
At a Sake Bar in Aizu Wakamatsu
I drank a lot of Aizu sake.
The one that left the biggest impression on me was Kaito Otokoyama.
Special Junmai Yume no Kaoru, warmed to lukewarm
Soft and gentle aroma
Full and smooth!
Nice warmed sake
Good warmed up or cooled down
Pair it with oden for a relaxing night in Aizu
According to the owner, this brewery produces a lot of sake for warming up, and although he intended to make a cold sake, it won a prize in a heated sake contest. This is also a skill.
The next day, at a yakiniku restaurant in Minamiaizu, we drank
Junmai Ginjo Nama-zake (3rd picture)
It had a nice raw ripeness and body.
Nice to pair with horse sashimi.
I really think there are many good sake breweries in Aizu.

Sniffing out the opening of Halloween🎃, a junior member of the team hurriedly planned to bring it in: ‼️
After a lot of drinking, here it is 💁!
Yamada-Nishiki polished up to 35%, very beautiful 🍶.
Slightly sweet ginjo aroma and gentle sweetness ✨.
It's a delicious and beautiful sake 🥰.
I like it ☺️👍
Today we have "Nanka", a new axis of Kaito Otokoyama!
My impression of this brewery is that it is "the best in cost performance.
Now, what about this bottle?
It is gentle and easy to drink!
It's delicious,
But I'm not impressed with it.

October Event Month Week 3
Participating in the Toshima Super Ginjo Festival
An event where more than 40 sake breweries affiliated with the Japan Ginjo Sake Association open stalls
It's no secret that the sake that is entered in competitions and the most expensive sake tastes great, so I'll show you what else I was interested in.
Kaito Otokoyama Nanbana
Fukushima-produced Yumeko sake brewed with Nadeshiko flower yeast.
Fruity and juicy, with a rich, mellow flavor that spreads in the mouth afterwards.
If you buy only one bottle of this value-priced jungin, this is the one to go home with!
Weighing the strength of a sake brewery in Fukushima
I drank it last time and enjoyed it, so I repeated it.
This sake was brewed while looking at the sky that the yeast traveled through space to Minamiaizu, Fukushima Prefecture, where the air is clean and the sky is starry. I think it must have been a fun trip to space, judging from the taste.
