At a Sake Bar in Aizu Wakamatsu
I drank a lot of Aizu sake.
The one that left the biggest impression on me was Kaito Otokoyama.

It had a nice raw ripeness and body.
Nice to pair with horse sashimi.
I really think there are many good sake breweries in Aizu.
