Different sake in between Yamagata sake...
A sake friend of mine sent me this.
It's "Nanka" by Kaito Otokoyama ✨🥂✨.
Gorgeous fruity aroma ✨🥂✨.
When you drink it
A slight sweetness, followed by a delicious bitterness.
And then sourness and spiciness slowly 〰︎
There is a sense of alcohol.
After swallowing, you will feel a chill in your chest.
Unlike the image of the aroma, it is a dry sake 🍶.
Tuna tataki and other dishes,
Tuna Tataki, cucumber and eggplant
We enjoyed it with our meal 😋.
Mr. M., junior kun,
Thank you very much ☺️💖
Thank you for the food 😋😘.

Nanka is also happy to be swallowed by Tsubu-chan ❣️
And that's a delicious review 😆.
I'll let him know 🥹.
I'm looking forward to Hanapin's review too😅
Good evening, Hanapin 😊.
I saw your review of the drinking comparison 🫡.
I guess the Begonia one is dry, isn't it?
I would love to taste the juicy & fruity Nadeshiko yeast 😋 but the aroma of this one is not to be outdone 😘.
Good evening, Mr. Muro!
I was expecting the sake to be a bit peculiar because it is made from flower yeast, but the aroma was so fruity 😆💕The gap between the aroma and the taste was also interesting 😄Thank you for the treat ♡Thank you, junior ♡Thank you, junior 🙏.
I got a souvenir✨
It was just like the name of the sake.
It was just like the name 👍

A full aroma and smooth taste brewed from rice. It is a food sake with just the right amount of sweetness and umami.
Hello, I'm Kaiyodo, a member of the Minamiaizu Sake Brewery.
Thank you for drinking our sake breweries Kaito Otokoyama, Hanazono and Kunigon from our hometown of Minamiaizu!
Back home, at my grandparents' house.
It's a gorgeous, dry and fruity wine.
It is refreshing and has a firm taste.
The more you drink, the better it tastes.
I drank a lot of it.
I got a little drunk yesterday and forgot to type.
It was a summer sake, chilled, crisp and delicious.
I drank it very cold, but it tasted good.
It was delicious!
Hello, I'm Hanaizumi, a sake brewery in my hometown of Minamiaizu.
Thank you for drinking Hanazumi and Kaito-Ozan, a sake brewery in my hometown of Minamiaizu!
The sister of the owner of Kaito-Ozan is a classmate of mine from kindergarten.
It is called Tomiji-tei. It was a little far from the station, but I visited there because it seemed to be the best place to eat horse sashimi for lunch!
Was it Tomiji-tei?
I used to go there often, but I didn't know they had horse sashimi. I'll try it next time since it's my favorite. Thank you very much.
A label often seen.
However, when I search for sakewa, I can't find the brewery, which should be good.
Today seems to be Father's Day, so I guess I'll call him Father🟰O. I think it's a little dry.
It is also my favorite nigori!
