It's no secret that the sake that is entered in competitions and the most expensive sake tastes great, so I'll show you what else I was interested in.
Kaito Otokoyama Nanbana
Fukushima-produced Yumeko sake brewed with Nadeshiko flower yeast.
Fruity and juicy, with a rich, mellow flavor that spreads in the mouth afterwards.

Weighing the strength of a sake brewery in Fukushima
I drank it last time and enjoyed it, so I repeated it.
This sake was brewed while looking at the sky that the yeast traveled through space to Minamiaizu, Fukushima Prefecture, where the air is clean and the sky is starry. I think it must have been a fun trip to space, judging from the taste.
