Tangy aroma. A little matured but not harsh. Maybe it's better when heated 🤔How about with Chinese food? It's good with gyoza (dumplings). The chives are strong, but they are easily washed away. Gomoku Umani Soba, although it's called "Gomoku", it's 18 😅 It's easy to eat without tasting bad. I think I feel a little bitterness.
The 18 items are cabbage, kikurage mushroom, pork, bamboo shoots, komatsuna, green pepper, shiitake mushroom, quail, onion, some kind of mushroom or sudon, shimeji mushroom, carrot, mushroom, shrimp, eringi mushroom, garlic sprout, and the rest is a mystery😅.
