When we asked for a good sake to warm up, we were offered several and chose this one.
We enjoyed it with Higashi no Mono tuna sashimi and swordfish shabu shabu shabu.
It is a dry, refreshing sake for a meal. Sake with a pleasant umami flavor that you never get tired of drinking. A good sake to pair with fish.

The dryness is typical of Shizuoka sake!
It is a one-year aged sake blended with orizake from the brewery 🍶 The name is "Ori-Ori-Ori-O".
I don't drink a lot of sweet nigori, but it didn't have the sweetness characteristic of nigori at all, and seemed to have a clean, dry taste.
I loved the chaser glass that the owner filled for me: ☺️
