You recommended it in "Dry for Dry Beginners". Delicious! Kire! Shuppatsu! Numazu is by the sea, so it goes well with seafood, but the flavor is crisp, so it goes with everything. Then we decided we wanted to add seafood, so we added more sashimi: kampachi/tuna/tai! Sake and sashimi are the best! I agree! The tuna is so fatty and delicious! It goes well with the sweet fat of the kampachi! My personal best pairing! By the way, when I paired it with tomato pickles, the sake disappeared.
