I was attracted to the bottle at Cardi🍶 and was surprised to see on the back that it was made by Sasaki Sake Brewery.
Mellow and smooth impression.
I tried it on the rocks after reading a review that it tasted sweeter and better on the rocks.
The flavor does not dull even when chilled, but is rather crisp and enjoyable, which is what it should be.

I chose it completely based on the label 🌻💛.
Sweetness and slight carbonation are my first impressions.
The label says "firm acidity."
I don't get the impression of much acidity. It's mellow and not too sharp, so it's easy to drink.

Numazu is by the sea, so it goes well with seafood, but the flavor is crisp, so it goes with everything.
I'm sure that's true, no matter what you tell me! It's true that it goes well with deep-fried eggplant, too! It also goes well with taro buns!
Then we decided we wanted to add seafood, so we added more sashimi: kampachi/tuna/tai!
Sake and sashimi are the best! I agree!
The tuna is so fatty and delicious!
It goes well with the sweet fat of the kampachi! My personal best pairing!
By the way, when I paired it with tomato pickles, the sake disappeared.
