At Hankyu Department Store.
I was enthusiastically told that the brewery had revived Omachi, which was said to be a phantom rice🌾 because it was difficult to cultivate.
I was also interested in the five-step brewing sake, but this time I bought this one.
My husband laughed at me when he saw the label on the sake, saying it was just like me, but it tasted different from what he imagined.
It has a fruity aroma and a clean taste, but I really like the umami and sweetness of Omachi.

Hi Luteltemi 😃
I've never had the sake of Rimori Sake Brewery, which revived the cultivation of Omachi, but I saw that it was sold at Hankyu 😳I felt the pride that the brewery takes in Omachi and the passion that Luteltemi has for sake 😁.
Hi Lutertemi, 👋😃I'm familiar with this place in my hometown Okayama, but it's very far from Kansai 😅Thanks for selling it at Hankyu 🎵😍🎵I like what your husband said 😁💨💨.
Hi Lutertemi 😃
I remember you saying that you had your first drink of Sake Ichisuji about 2 years ago, not long after we first started Sakewa, and that it set the direction for the future 😆 I haven't had it since 😅It looks delicious here!
Good evening, pyonpyon😁.
It's a long way from Kansai, but I would like to visit this brewery. I would love to take a relaxing trip to Okayama ☺️
Ignore what my husband says 🤣.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby😄.
It is wonderful that you two talked about the future direction of the company. I can always tell that you two are drinking well together ☺️
I was called to work in Tokyo. I don't like cities.
The subway was extremely crowded. I was so surprised to see the rush for the first time in a while.
I went to a store that I remember by name for the first time in a long time.
There are a lot of nigori, so I choose the ones I don't think I'll buy myself.
A sake I've never had before. It's delicious. It is rich but easy to drink. I regret that I didn't drink it before.
I thought it meant "I envy you because you have a house where you can get drunk and sleep wherever you want," but apparently that's not true.
I thought it meant "I envy you because you have a house where you can sleep when you get drunk", but apparently not. Hmmm, I think it's an afterthought 🧐.
Akaban Omachi, a sake with a rather bracing name, made with locally produced Omachi, which goes well with the local yellow chives boiled in soy sauce.
A delicious mid-meal sake with a pleasantly dry taste that lingers well on the palate.
Recommended in Okayama!

Okayama Prefecture, Akaban City. Toshimori Sake Brewery Co.
Sake Isshuji Summer Light Nigori Junmai Ginjo
This is a limited edition sake from the brewery, purchased during a trip to Okayama and Kagawa during the Obon holidays.
It is nigori and has a perforated stopper, so I thought it would squirt out when I opened the bottle, but it opened silently.
I may have let it sit in the fridge for a little too long💦.
Some liquor store owner told me that the perforated stopper drains gas faster 🤔.
I'll drink it cold.
The top aroma is a slight grain-like sweetness. I wonder if it is the aroma of koji.
The mouthfeel is silky due to the lees.
The taste has a concentrated flavor that gradually spreads in the mouth, and after swallowing, the koji aroma leaves the nose.
This is followed by a bitter taste that comes down the throat and lingers on the tongue.
It also has a sharp sake-like taste, and the aftertaste is smooth and clean.
Ingredients: Rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic)

Hi Nemuchi 😃
I met this Sake Isshuji when we went out drinking sake for the first time together at the end of the year before last 🤗.
I remember how delicious it tasted 😁 and how the name could tell us our direction in the future 😌.
Hi Jay & Nobby, ☀☀☀☀☀ is a solid and delicious sake 😋It seems you have an extraordinary passion for it, and as the name implies, you want to be the best 😉.
