The other is a single sake from the Rimori Shuzo brewery.
It's a pretty goofy name, but the brewery has a long history of leading the revival of Toshimori Sake Brewery's Omachi rice.
When I stopped by Gin no Sake Kibune, President Murai flew in and pushed me hard, "Please drink this! He was pushing hard for this brand.
Toshimori Sake Brewery brews all of their sake with Omachi rice, but this is an extra-premium product made on a trial basis with Omachi rice from their own rice fields, which makes it exceptionally cheap.
For the price, please contact Gin no Sake Kibune directly.
First, take a sip when it is chilled.
The attack was powerful, typical of Omachi. It is dry!
It leaves a slight umami taste in the mouth.
Next, when drunk at room temperature, it tastes a little sweet and umami.
It tastes like this until it is lukewarm.
It tastes great as a food sake.
Mr. Murai, the president of Kibune, is the type of person who basically recommends inexpensive and delicious sake to his customers.
He comes in from a place where the price is affordable but very tasty.
Expensive and tasty is the same for sake and wine, but he has a great way of getting people to try different brands.
They have tasted almost every brand, so the taste is guaranteed by the president and his wife (laughs).
So it is always crowded (laughs).

Tomoyuki Kumagai Good evening. Yesterday at Gin no Sake Kibune-san, I missed Okayama so much that I bought some 😄I am going to try to see if Sake Ichijinsuji goes well with the fish here. I get excited when I go to Kibune-san. ⤴️😍

Good evening, Komachan! 😃
I see. That's good to hear.
I think it is probably a good match.
But still, that price is impossible.
Also, Kibune is too awesome with all the different brands they switch every time. 😁
