The brewery is located in Akaban City, Okayama Prefecture, in the production area of Bizen Omachi, the parent variety of Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku. Participated in the "Chidoriashi" event for Okayama local sake. This event allows participants to enjoy snacks from restaurants around Okayama Station and Okayama local sake at each restaurant. For the top batter, we chose an izakaya, a well-known izakaya in Okayama. The sake we were served had a clean taste at the beginning, with a robust Omachi flavor on the palate. It also has a hint of acidity, but the ginjo aroma is weak.

The price is surprisingly low, 1,100 yen for a four-pack, tax included, and the cost is superb. Pairing with food Wagyu beef grilled with salt and pepper ◯++. Third drink outside This is probably the first one I've ever had. Dine at first with a full aftertaste! I thought it would be Omachi from a brewery in Akaban, Okayama, but it was Hyogo Kitanishiki. But it is Hyogo Kitanishiki! The label reads, "My house is just ahead of you, Katatsumuri. It is a song about a toji (master brewer) carrying rice to the brewery to make sake. A refreshing and unpretentious sake for a meal. Tempura and morisoba with a hint of early spring! At Yebisu
