Nama Moto Junmai Super Dry. It is sharp and delicious. Goes with everything. It has a "the sake" feel to it that makes it a delicious sake that can't be missed 🥹✨.
This is pretty kickass ‼️
+15 as is: ‼️
The aroma is mild, with a hint of fruit on the nose, even if only for a moment, but the mid- to late-palate is quite sharp.
Gray mullet sashimi thinly sliced with ponzu vinegar‼️
It goes well with this 🐟.
Mouthfeel, it goes in smoothly, acidity. However, the umami flavor quickly emerges and disappears. The aroma is also subdued as it passes down the throat, and it disappears quickly.
The last stop yesterday was Shimonoseki.
Since we were there, we had a bowl of tiger puffer fish.
This Kanenaka, as expected from a sake brewer, has a strong peculiar taste.
However, it is neither astringent nor bitter, but has a unique taste.
This flavor also goes well with fugu (blowfish).
It seems to bring out the flavor of pufferfish, which has a light flavor.
It was a very luxurious drink.
We are visiting Duke Shibusawa's hometown.
That's right, Shimonoseki, and this is the view from Yume Tower.
It was at night, but I also saw the exterior of the British Consulate and the Akita Shokai Building.
I was impressed by how nice the city is.

@Sugiura
The store's recommendation for the sake yeast.
The acidity is strong. It is a little bit my weak type of sake, but I want to be able to enjoy drinking sake from this area too!
I would like to be able to enjoy this type of sake as well.
